We are seeking a Structural Engineer remote to join ISAAC, a pioneering company born from the Politecnico di Milano. Our mission is to revolutionize structural protection through advanced and accessible smart technologies. What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with external designers and the ISAAC engineering team to adapt our innovative technology to building specifics and regulatory contexts.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of technical solutions.
• Utilize your knowledge of structural dynamics and seismic engineering principles in project applications.
• Support operational activities and site tasks with a practical approach.
• Engage with diverse technical stakeholders, including designers and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Building Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in structural design or technical consulting.
• Proficiency in one or more FEM software (preferably Midas Gen or SAP2000).
• Strong understanding of structural dynamics and seismic engineering.
• Good command of both Italian and English languages.

Nice to Have

• Experience with existing buildings or strategic structures (schools, hospitals, public buildings).
• Knowledge of vibration control systems and structural monitoring.
• Experience in innovative technological contexts, spin-offs, or R&D.
