Mid-Senior DevOps & DevSecOps Engineer - 100% Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Mid-Senior DevOps & DevSecOps Engineer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a DevOps & DevSecOps Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and securing AWS infrastructure across various products, including backend APIs, blockchain nodes, mobile/web applications, and data pipelines. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and make a significant impact on our operations.

What You'll Do

• Manage AWS services including EC2, RDS (PostgreSQL), ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and more.
• Maintain blockchain nodes (CosmWasm, Ethereum) ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Own CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions across various tech stacks such as NestJS, Next.js, .NET/C#, Angular, and Flutter.
• Implement blue-green and canary deployments, as well as rollback strategies.
• Utilize Terraform and AWS CDK for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) management.
• Implement security measures including SAST, DAST, and container scanning using tools like Snyk and Dependabot.
• Manage IAM roles and enforce least-privilege access across AWS and Firebase.
• Work with Datadog for observability and reliability, defining SLOs/SLAs and incident response protocols.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, RDS, ECS/EKS, IAM, VPC, S3, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD practices using GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency in Terraform and AWS CDK.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of security fundamentals (OWASP, CVE, TLS, secrets management).
• Proficient in Linux and scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
• Experience with observability tools like Datadog and CloudWatch.

Nice to Have

• Experience with blockchain nodes (CosmWasm, Cosmos SDK, Ethereum/Geth).
• AWS certifications (Security Specialty / Solutions Architect).
• Knowledge of event-driven workflows (Inngest).
• Familiarity with compliance standards (SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Experience with CI tools for Flutter (Fastlane, Codemagic).
