This role is crucial for our tree nursery operations, where you will contribute significantly to the growth and maintenance of various plants and trees. What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain the health of trees and plants in the nursery, ensuring optimal growth and development.
• Utilize technical equipment such as loaders, forklifts, and tractors for efficient nursery operations.
• Collaborate with team members to implement best practices in plant care and nursery management.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your gardening skills and knowledge.
• Assist in the physical labor required for planting, transplanting, and maintaining nursery stock.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a gardener, specializing in tree nurseries.
• Extensive knowledge of trees and plants, particularly in nursery and planting center settings.
• Ability to work physically and mentally under various conditions, including outdoor environments.
• Proficiency in operating technical equipment relevant to gardening tasks.
• Willingness to collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions.

Nice to Have

• Experience in leading small teams or projects within a nursery setting.
• Knowledge of sustainable gardening practices.
• Advanced PC skills for record-keeping and reporting.
