Remote Mechanical Project Developer - Structural Engineering

About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Mechanical Project Developer to join our team at Gualini Lamiere. In this role, you will be responsible for developing projects related to sheet metal processing and structural carpentry. As a Remote Mechanical Project Developer, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful execution of projects.

What You'll Do

• Analyze drawings from the commercial office and translate them into production-ready designs for both the service center and carpentry.
• Support estimation activities by collaborating directly with the area manager and the sales office.
• Prepare production nesting layouts.
• Develop project specifications and documentation.
• Create bill of materials for material procurement.

Requirements

• Technical diploma in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of technical drawing.
• Experience with AutoCAD.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with 2D and 3D drawing software.
• Experience with SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of Lantek software.
