Solutions Consultant - Global Payroll (EMEA Remote)

About the Role

We're hiring a Solutions Consultant - Global Payroll to join our team remotely in EMEA. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the global employment landscape. As a Solutions Consultant, you will leverage your expertise to navigate complex payroll processes and provide innovative solutions to our clients.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Global Payroll sellers to define and execute sales strategies that enhance Remote's market share.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Global Payroll, keeping abreast of the latest product features and industry developments.
• Communicate the value proposition of Remote’s Global Payroll through tailored demonstrations and presentations.
• Develop playbooks and materials that enhance the sales cycle quality related to Global Payroll.
• Translate customer business needs into actionable scopes of work for successful implementations.
• Provide feedback to Product teams to ensure alignment with market needs for Global Payroll.

Requirements

• 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 3 years with a Master’s degree.
• Experience in Pre Sales Solution consulting and a strong understanding of global payroll processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn and demonstrate software solutions quickly.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German or French is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Relevant certifications in payroll (e.g., CIPP, CIPM).
• Familiarity with payroll accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks).
• Experience working remotely is a plus.
