SEO Specialist - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented SEO Specialist remote to join our dynamic team at Coalition Technologies. This role involves conducting in-depth SEO research, performing comprehensive website audits, and developing innovative SEO solutions that leverage cutting-edge AI tools and analytics. As an SEO Specialist remote, you will optimize client websites for search engines, improve site performance, and enhance online visibility through technical SEO, content optimization, and local SEO strategies.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive SEO research and stay updated on algorithm changes, AI search trends, and emerging SEO technologies.
• Perform detailed SEO audits of client websites, identifying technical issues and implementing data-driven solutions.
• Utilize AI-powered tools and advanced analytics to discover new keyword opportunities and optimize content strategies.
• Prioritize and execute keyword research based on search intent, competition, and SERP behavior.
• Create and optimize on-site elements such as 301 redirects, XML/HTML sitemaps, title tags, meta descriptions, and structured data.
• Collaborate on innovative technical SEO initiatives, including schema markup, entity-based SEO, and internal linking enhancements.
• Monitor and improve website performance through code optimization, server upgrades, and site speed enhancements.
• Experiment with new AI-driven SEO methodologies, automation workflows, and predictive ranking analysis as part of ongoing R&D efforts.

Requirements

• A comprehensive understanding of SEO best practices, including site architecture, tags, coding, site speed optimization, and link building.
• Experience implementing AI-based SEO strategies, such as keyword clustering, content optimization, and search intent analysis using machine learning or NLP tools.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity to enhance SEO workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and tools to scale SEO performance.
• Hands-on experience with SEO crawling and auditing tools such as Screaming Frog.
• Proficiency with rank tracking and competitive analysis tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, or WebCEO.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Basic knowledge of web copywriting and web design related to SEO functionality.
