Senior Web Designer - B2B SaaS Focus

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Web Designer to join Paddle's innovative team. As a Senior Web Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and driving conversion rates. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to a dynamic B2B SaaS environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and optimization of Paddle’s marketing website, ensuring a seamless user journey from first visit to demo request.
• Maintain and scale our web-based design system, creating impactful user journeys and landing pages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Growth, Product Marketing, and Engineering to translate data insights into design improvements.
• Partner with Brand teams to ensure our website reflects Paddle’s evolving brand identity.
• Continuously iterate on page structure and content presentation to enhance engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in web design, particularly in a fast-paced tech environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to solve complex information architecture problems.
• Experience with A/B testing and using data to inform design decisions.
• Ability to manage your own roadmap and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring junior designers.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the B2B SaaS space.
• Familiarity with user behavior analytics tools.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript.
