As a Senior UX Researcher, you will establish n8n’s research function, ensuring that user insights inform our strategic direction.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage the infrastructure that powers our research practice, including automated recruitment systems and a unified participant pool.
• Consolidate fragmented user data into a single source of truth, enabling targeted recruitment and tracking participation history.
• Define and own the research roadmap in collaboration with product and design leads, conducting foundational research and validation studies.
• Triangulate insights from various sources to surface patterns and turn them into actionable recommendations.
• Mentor cross-functional teams to enhance their research capabilities, building templates and methodologies that enable fast and smart research.
• Utilize AI and n8n as tools to amplify research impact while maintaining ethical practices.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in UX research, particularly in B2B or technical environments.
• Strong mixed-methods skills and familiarity with foundational research techniques.
• Experience building research infrastructure, including recruitment and participant databases.
• Ability to connect research outcomes to business objectives and strategic goals.
• Excellent communication skills to translate findings into narratives that influence teams and leadership.
• Understanding of GDPR and research ethics.
