About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team at Perk, a leader in travel and spend management solutions. As a Senior Product Designer remote, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for our innovative platform. Your expertise will help us design intuitive interfaces that enhance productivity and streamline travel management for users worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Design for Impact: Craft end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile that make managing travel effortless for employees, admins, and finance teams.
• Bring Insights to Life: Turn data, customer feedback, and market research into design solutions tailored to a global market.
• Shape the Vision: Collaborate with PMs and Engineers to define clear problem statements and design strategies that balance user needs with business goals.
• Collaborate Across Functions: Work hand-in-hand with engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
• Champion The User: Advocate for best-in-class usability and accessibility, ensuring every interaction feels intuitive and impactful.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience at a fast-growing tech company.
• Experience with Travel marketplaces, FinTech, or SaaS products is a strong plus.
• A sharp eye for UX: You know what makes a great product experience and can design solutions that are both simple and scalable.
• Systems thinker: Comfortable designing within (and contributing to) a design system, balancing consistency with innovation.
• Cross-Functional mindset: Skilled at working with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant designs.

Nice to Have

• Storytelling skills: Able to clearly communicate the “why” behind your design decisions to inspire your team and align stakeholders.
• End-to-end execution: You can take a project from concept to launch, breaking down complexity into deliverables that ship value quickly.
