What You'll Do

• Design, implement, test, and deploy web applications and APIs as a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer.
• Optimize and enhance existing applications to incorporate new features and user feedback.
• Work collaboratively across teams to gather requirements and validate designs.
• Utilize modern web technologies including React and TypeScript to create user-friendly interfaces.
• Implement backend logic using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and C++.
• Leverage AWS technologies such as API Gateway, AWS Lambda, and DynamoDB.
• Interact with various data sources including databases and sensor data.
• Contribute to the development of autonomous capabilities for the U.S. Department of Defense.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on scalable web applications.
• Strong technical background in Computer Science or related fields.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience with backend services and APIs.
• Familiarity with AWS PaaS technologies and performance tuning.
• Excellent communication skills for documentation and collaboration.
• Passion for autonomous vehicles and their impact on society.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Three.js, Web Workers, and protobuf.
• Background in robotics or timeseries data.
• Familiarity with app profiling and observability tools.
