Senior Product Manager - Marketing Data Platforms (Remote)

About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager for Marketing Data Platforms to join our team at LendingClub. This remote position is an exciting opportunity to bridge data products and modern marketing platforms, driving customer acquisition and engagement.

What You'll Do

• Lead product strategy for Marketing data products and MarTech capabilities.
• Define and deliver domain data products such as customer attribute stores, business feeds, and marketing dashboards.
• Translate marketing and business objectives into clear product requirements and success metrics.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Marketing data requests, ensuring governance and alignment.
• Align Marketing data products with the broader enterprise data architecture.
• Promote consistent metric definitions and partner with Legal and Compliance teams for responsible data use.
• Define integration patterns across the MarTech stack, including tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Lead planning and delivery across the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in data-intensive environments.
• Strong understanding of MarTech ecosystems and integration patterns.
• Experience driving data governance initiatives and navigating privacy regulations.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Data Architecture and Engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services or fintech environments.
• Practical experience with SQL or BI tools.
• Familiarity with experimentation and marketing measurement frameworks.
