Senior UI/​UX Designer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a Senior UI/UX Designer remote, you will take high-level direction from stakeholders and transform it into structured product solutions, delivering complete, developer-ready designs. This role is integral to our dedicated design team within a growing SaaS company.

What You'll Do

• Transform high-level briefs into comprehensive product flows and system logic.
• Identify all possible scenarios, edge cases, and dependencies.
• Conduct research to validate design decisions and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate closely with product teams and developers to ensure design feasibility.
• Utilize your expertise in Figma to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX design, particularly within SaaS or complex systems.
• Excellent proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
• Strong ability to design complete flows and system interactions.
• Deep understanding of user behavior, UX principles, and usability.
• Mid-senior level experience in a similar role.

Nice to Have

• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards in design.
