Senior Marketing Recruiter - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Recruiter to join our team at RunRemote. This remote position offers the opportunity to connect top-rated talent with leading companies across Australia, the US, UK, and Canada. As a Senior Marketing Recruiter, you will work in a collaborative environment, focusing on building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines across digital marketing, agency, and e-commerce roles.

What You'll Do

• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other channels aligned with Australian hiring needs.
• Build and maintain structured talent pools for recurring and future roles, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality candidates.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess capability, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate communication, timelines, and expectations in a friendly and professional manner.
• Collaborate closely with team members and consultants to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within a fast-paced environment, preferably in a digital marketing agency or outsourcing industry.
• Strong hands-on sourcing experience, particularly via LinkedIn Recruiter and direct outreach.
• Experience hiring for the Australian market is required.
• Proficiency with ATS (Team Tailor) and candidate tracking tools.
• Excellent candidate management, communication, and follow-through skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with HubSpot or equivalent tools for candidate tracking and reporting.
• Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, or other VOIP tools for candidate communication.
• Strong attention to detail and trustworthiness.
