Cyber Excepted Service Systems and Network Administrator - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Cyber Excepted Service Systems and Network Administrator to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, installation, testing, modification, and maintenance of mission systems and network hardware and software. As a Cyber Excepted Service Systems and Network Administrator, you will analyze performance metrics to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of mission-essential IT functions.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a systems and network administrator, overseeing the installation and maintenance of network hardware and software.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement in IT functions.
• Provide technical guidance for Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4) infrastructure.
• Develop and implement strategies for enhancing IT capabilities and automating processes.
• Lead the planning and coordination of applications, software, and hardware installations.

Requirements

• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware and software issues.
• Knowledge of managing user accounts and enforcing security policies.
• Ability to lead responses to cybersecurity incidents.
• Experience in maintaining mission-critical systems and network hardware.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and stakeholders.

• Experience with compliance audits and developing training materials.

• Previous experience in a government or military IT environment.
