Senior Technical Recruiter - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team at Bellese Technologies. This remote role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the healthcare technology sector. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle recruiting process, focusing on engineering, product, and human-centered design roles.

What You'll Do

• Own the full lifecycle recruiting process for assigned roles, ensuring a focus on technical positions.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates through various sourcing strategies.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and efficient scheduling.
• Guide candidates through the interview process, providing preparation and competency-based assessments.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ suitability for specific roles.
• Utilize the applicant tracking system to manage candidate pipelines and track recruiting metrics.
• Support hiring managers in making informed hiring decisions that align with the company’s mission.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across a growing organization.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple roles.

• Experience working with Lever.
• Recruiting experience within the federal contracting or consulting space.
