• Conduct A/B testing on audience segments, ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
• Partner with content and design teams to create compelling ad copy and assets targeting e-commerce decision-makers.
• Own reporting dashboards and provide regular performance updates with actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and privacy regulations to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
• Proven success in running Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads at scale with measurable impact on the sales pipeline.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
• Ability to manage six-figure monthly budgets with clear reporting on pipeline and revenue impact.
• Excellent communication skills to translate data insights for cross-functional teams.
