Chief of Staff - Remote Role for Boutique Recruiting Firm

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Chief of Staff to join our team remotely. As a Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our operations and strategic initiatives. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in the Philippines while collaborating with our US-based team. Your expertise will be essential in driving operational excellence and ensuring that our projects align with our business goals.

What You'll Do

• Lead the implementation of operational systems for pipeline management, deal tracking, and content workflows to achieve targets.
• Drive proactive resolution of inefficiencies in candidate processes, ensuring adherence to SLAs (e.g., 48-hour feedback loops) to minimize delays.
• Support brand-building and lead generation objectives strategically.
• Independently manage complex projects, utilizing both CRM and AI tools to maximize business impact.
• Act as a key partner in identifying opportunities for increased efficiency, shaping the future of our rapidly growing professional services company.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Chief of Staff, operations lead, or project manager.
• Proven track record of SLA enforcement with external stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
• Quick mastery of tech stacks (CRM, AI tools) in a high-autonomy remote work environment.
• Experience in a professional services company or early-stage startup; recruitment agency or staffing firm experience is highly desirable.
