Senior Technical Program Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join Smartsheet's dynamic team. This remote position allows you to work from Bulgaria while managing programs that span across our Product, Engineering, and UX organizations. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in bridging communication between technical teams and product-focused groups, ensuring that our projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate, monitor, and report on projects involving both internal teams and external partners.
• Plan and support engineering projects, ensuring that all milestones are met.
• Design scalable processes to support our rapidly growing business.
• Develop project schedules and keep team members on task to meet deadlines.
• Recognize and prioritize issues, collaborating with teams for timely resolution.
• Identify risk factors and develop mitigation plans to address them.
• Drive regular status updates to maintain transparency and maximize efficiency.
• Facilitate open communication among diverse personalities and work styles.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Change Management.
• Experience managing cross-departmental processes and leading large organization-wide programs.
• Proficiency with API platforms and successful project delivery from start to finish.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a talent for empathizing with employee and customer challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a high-growth company is preferred.
• A business-related degree or equivalent experience.
• Legally eligible to work in Bulgaria on an ongoing basis.
• Fluency in English is required.
