Senior Project Manager - Cybersecurity Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Huntress, a fully remote cybersecurity company. As a Senior Project Manager remote, you will play a crucial role in executing our strategic initiatives and driving impactful projects that enhance our cybersecurity solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead 8-10 critical Focus Initiatives from discovery through execution, ensuring we deliver intended business value.
• Orchestrate alignment across senior stakeholders, including VPs and ELT members, using your expertise to clarify goals and drive decision-making.
• Apply systems-level thinking to identify risks early and ensure our projects stay on track.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline project management tasks, allowing you to focus on high-level orchestration and business outcomes.
• Take accountability for project scopes, ensuring high-quality execution from day one.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management, particularly in a fast-growing SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
• Proven track record of managing high-visibility projects and influencing VP and ELT-level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of how projects interconnect across the organization, focusing on scalability.
• Proficient in using AI tools for synthesis and research, with a drive to create automated workflows.
• Ability to navigate complex project landscapes and find paths forward in challenging situations.

Nice to Have

• Experience in leading projects that utilize advanced cybersecurity technologies.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Certifications in Project Management (PMP, Agile, etc.).
