Senior Tech Recruiter - Remote Opportunity in IT & Cloud

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Tech Recruiter to join our innovative team in the IT and Cloud Technology sector. This Senior Tech Recruiter remote position allows you to work from anywhere in Germany, offering maximum flexibility in your work arrangements. You will take full responsibility for the recruiting process and actively contribute to attracting qualified professionals for a modern technology environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage the entire recruiting process from needs analysis to successful onboarding of new employees.
• Create targeted job postings and select appropriate recruiting channels.
• Actively identify and engage potential candidates through various platforms (Active Sourcing) and build sustainable talent pools.
• Conduct applicant management including screening, interviews, case studies, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire application process.
• Collaborate closely with and advise leadership on requirement profiles, market conditions, and selection strategies.
• Analyze relevant recruiting metrics and continuously optimize processes and methods.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in recruiting, ideally in a technical environment (e.g., Cloud, IT infrastructure, or software).
• Ability to understand technical requirements and assess application profiles effectively.
• Experience collaborating with departments and leadership.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a professional demeanor.
• Structured, independent, and organized working style.
• Interest in current trends in recruiting and technological developments.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
