Senior Systems Integration Engineer - Remote Opportunities

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Systems Integration Engineer to join our innovative team at Vantari Recruitment Group. This Senior Systems Integration Engineer remote position will focus on supporting complex defense and communication systems, with opportunities for relocation to Abu Dhabi. You will be part of a high-performance engineering team that is dedicated to ensuring the success of mission-critical environments.

What You'll Do

• Support system integration activities across hardware, software, and platform levels as a Senior Systems Integration Engineer remote.
• Perform system assembly, configuration, and integration of complex subsystems.
• Contribute to system architecture and interface definition (mechanical, electrical, and network).
• Execute integration, verification, and testing activities in both lab and field environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during integration, deployment, and testing phases.
• Support installation, commissioning, and system validation on customer sites.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation (integration plans, test procedures, reports).
• Collaborate closely with system engineers, software teams, and project stakeholders.

Requirements

• BSc or equivalent in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field).
• Relevant experience in system integration, platform integration, or field deployment.
• Strong understanding of system integration principles (hardware/software/interfaces).
• Experience with complex systems (defense, telecom, embedded, or similar environments).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and system schematics.
• Hands-on experience with testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with experience working in multi-disciplinary environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with C2 systems, radar, EO/IR, or RF systems (for senior role).
• Experience in field deployment and operational environments.
• Familiarity with defense or mission-critical systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English.
