Full Stack App Developer - Flutter & Laravel Remote

About the Role

We are hiring a Full Stack App Developer (Flutter + Laravel) to join our dedicated team. This is a remote position where you will take full ownership of our multi-vendor delivery platform, which includes applications for food, grocery, pharmacy, parcel, and e-commerce services. As a Full Stack App Developer, you will work on a real, active product with real users, not just a startup idea.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain the User App, Vendor App, and Delivery Man App using Flutter for both Android and iOS.
• Create a Flutter Web storefront to enhance user engagement.
• Manage the Admin Panel built with Laravel and Blade.
• Develop and maintain backend REST APIs and manage database operations.
• Handle server deployment, maintenance, and updates to ensure optimal performance.
• Engage in ongoing feature development and customizations to meet user needs.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Flutter 3.x and Dart.
• Solid skills in Laravel (PHP) and MySQL development.
• Experience deploying and maintaining apps on a live server (VPS / Linux / Nginx).
• Prior experience with delivery, eCommerce, or multi-vendor platforms is a plus.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Looking for a stable, long-term engagement, not just a one-time project.

Nice to Have

• Experience with mobile app development for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Familiarity with server management and deployment processes.
• Knowledge of user experience design principles.
