Technical Test Lead - Salesforce Automation (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Test Lead - Salesforce Automation to join our team remotely. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce application testing and automation frameworks to enhance our testing processes. Your experience in UI and API automation testing will be crucial as you work on validating Salesforce Lightning CRM workflows and third-party integrations.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development of automation frameworks for Salesforce applications.
• Create and maintain test cases and automation scripts using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Validate workflows in Salesforce Lightning CRM and automate regression and smoke test suites.
• Perform UI testing using tools like Playwright, Cypress, and Jest.
• Conduct API testing with Postman, SoapUI, and REST Assured.
• Support CI/CD pipelines with Git, GitLab, and Docker.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Mentor junior QA team members and promote best practices in automation testing.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in UI and API automation testing.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce application testing and automation frameworks.
• Experience with Cucumber BDD (Gherkin syntax) and JSforce/Salesforce APIs.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and SOQL for data validation.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Node.js, Docker, GitLab, and Postman/SoapUI.
• Experience with Pega Platform (OpenSpan) and Contact Center/CTI applications.
