Senior UX Content Writer - Logistics (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior UX Content Writer - Logistics (Remote) to join our dynamic Rider Product Design Team. As a key player in our mission to enhance the rider experience across our mobile app, you will be instrumental in shaping content that resonates with over 20 million customers in 50 countries. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and sustainability of last-mile delivery.

What You'll Do

• Execute and maintain content systems to ensure a consistent rider experience across our global platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams on in-flight projects, ensuring content aligns with established design systems.
• Host weekly Content Design Office Hours to provide hands-on support for designers and product managers.
• Conduct content reviews using established heuristics and quality checklists to uphold content quality.
• Manage day-to-day copy requests from 11 product squads, leveraging Figma plugins and content automation tools to streamline workflows.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Content Designer, UX Writer, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems and component libraries.
• Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively both independently and within product teams.
• Excellent English writing and editing skills; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Deep understanding of mobile app content principles and best practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience in logistics or delivery services.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles.
