What You'll Do

• Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Manage Windows and Linux server environments, ensuring they are up-to-date and secure.
• Support Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP configurations.
• Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP to enhance our infrastructure.
• Implement basic networking protocols including TCP/IP, VPN, and firewalls.
• Utilize monitoring tools and ticketing systems to manage incidents and service requests.
• Work independently during off-hours shifts to maintain system stability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server environments.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls).
• Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
• Ability to work independently during off-hours shifts.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator).
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell).
