What You'll Do

- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Drive initiatives focused on employee engagement and retention to foster a high-performing work environment.
- Implement and enforce HR policies, processes, and compliance standards across all business units.
- Track and analyze key HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and payroll budgets to inform strategic decision-making.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights based on data and organizational needs.
- Lead HR-related projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Director role, preferably in fast-growing environments.
- Proven experience collaborating with founders, executives, and C-level stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of company growth stages and organizational scaling.
- Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including performance management.
- Ability to analyze HR metrics, including compensation and retention data.
- Experience working across multiple teams in a global or distributed environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Fluency in English and Russian is required.
