Senior Endpoint Management Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role
Join the Bank of Canada as a Senior Endpoint Management Specialist and take on a pivotal role in enhancing the end-user experience across managed devices. This Senior Endpoint Management Specialist position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the economic and financial well-being of Canadians.
What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate devices, ensuring efficient provisioning, deployment, updates, and secure decommissioning.
- Package, deploy, and maintain applications across various platforms, including Win32, MSI, MSIX, and custom applications.
- Design and support Windows Autopilot and automated provisioning, utilizing PowerShell scripting for remediation.
- Implement and maintain security baselines and configuration standards, balancing compliance with usability.
- Collaborate with Service Desk, Cybersecurity, and Identity teams to resolve complex endpoint and access-related issues.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, device standards, and operational runbooks.
- Lead initiatives such as OS migrations and platform modernization efforts.
- Optimize Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments and administer Windows 365 Cloud PC environments.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Windows 11, Windows Server 2019+, and enterprise managed iOS devices.
- Hands-on experience with SCCM and Microsoft Intune in co-managed or cloud-first environments.
- Proven expertise in application packaging and deployment.
- Solid understanding of endpoint configuration management, patching, and lifecycle operations.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills across devices, applications, and security configurations.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working across operational and project-based workstreams.
- Ability to balance day-to-day operational support with longer-term platform improvements.
Nice to Have
- PowerShell scripting and automation for provisioning or reporting.
- Experience with Autopilot deployment strategies.
- Exposure to AI-assisted operations or analytics.
