Senior Software Recruiter - Space Division (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Recruiter - Space Division (Remote) to join Anduril Industries, a defense technology company dedicated to transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our talent management strategy as we continue to grow rapidly. You will have the autonomy and tools necessary to execute our recruitment strategy, focusing on sourcing top-tier software talent for our Space Division.

What You'll Do

• Quickly source, track, and maintain a high volume of candidates while keeping open lines of communication with stakeholders.
• Establish deep trust and partnerships with business leaders to influence talent strategy and execute hiring deliverables.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to help scale and manage company growth.
• Embed yourself within the business to understand product positioning, technical roadmap, and team culture.
• Develop a strong understanding of our mission and effectively pitch opportunities to close exceptional technical talent.
• Track and analyze pipeline and performance data to gain insights and translate them into a data-driven narrative.
• Build recruiting strategies that contribute to the long-term growth of the company, implementing best practices around referrals and process improvements.
• Act as a subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools for candidate management.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles, with a focus on closing top-tier engineering talent.
• 4+ years of client interaction experience, working closely with Hiring Managers and Directors.
• Strong understanding of the technical skills required for engineering positions.
• Experience managing various candidate funnels and tracking their progress throughout the recruitment process.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication skills to understand candidate motivations and fit within the organization.
