What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications that enhance user experiences and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and analysts to identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven engineering solutions.
• Participate in design and architecture discussions, ensuring scalability and maintainability of systems.
• Build reusable services and components for marketing campaigns, onboarding, and KYC processes across web and mobile platforms.
• Utilize data and experimentation frameworks to measure user behavior and iterate on features for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in building and maintaining production systems at scale.
• Proficiency in full-stack development using technologies such as TypeScript, Rust, Go, Python, or Ruby, along with React or React Native.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, performance optimization, and secure software design.
• Familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, and GitLab CI/CD.
• Ability to work autonomously in a globally distributed, remote-first environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with A/B testing and analytics instrumentation.
• Background in growth engineering or conversion optimization.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools or experimentation frameworks.
