About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter for Software Platform Team - Remote to join Anduril Industries, a leading defense technology company. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming the recruitment landscape for our Software Platform team, focusing on attracting top-tier technical talent. As a Senior Recruiter, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and leaders to define hiring needs and execute effective recruiting strategies.

What You'll Do

• Lead recruiting efforts for top technical talent across all levels, with a focus on Tech/Software Engineering roles.
• Develop close partnerships with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to shape recruiting strategies and guide process improvements.
• Ensure an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize our Applicant Tracking System Greenhouse (ATS) to manage candidate data efficiently and provide weekly/monthly recruiting reports.
• Employ a data-driven approach to recruiting, analyzing metrics and recruitment insights to improve sourcing processes and enhance hiring outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles and closing top-tier engineering talent, preferably in software engineering and product design.
• Strong recruiting and sourcing fundamentals with demonstrated success in driving results and achieving hiring goals.
• Ability to operate independently and solve complex problems while setting proper expectations with stakeholders.
• High collaboration skills and a process-driven mindset to continuously improve recruiting strategies.
• Private equity knowledge and closing expertise in competitive environments.
