What You'll Do

  • Partner with Growth Marketing leaders to understand current and future hiring needs in areas such as performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and product growth.
  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process for growth marketing roles, from talent mapping to offer closing.
  • Develop strategic sourcing plans to engage top talent across leading technology companies and high-performing startups.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and advise hiring managers using talent market insights and best practices.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through the interview process and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional partners across Growth, Product, and Marketing.
  • Drive creative outreach strategies and networking campaigns to attract passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
  • Collaborate with recruiting operations and employer brand teams to ensure hiring is scalable, data-driven, and candidate-centric.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience, particularly in high-growth technology companies.
  • Proven track record of recruiting competitive growth marketing talent.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted partnerships with senior leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
  • A strategic mindset paired with strong execution capabilities.
