Senior React.js Developer - Remote Position at DXC Technology Vietnam

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Senior React.js Developer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality web applications. You will contribute to building scalable, maintainable, and high-performance front-end solutions while actively supporting our technology transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain scalable, reusable, and high-performance React.js components.
• Utilize hands-on experience in React.js (latest version) and its core principles.
• Work with OOJS, BOM & DOM manipulation, and the JavaScript object model.
• Implement Redux and follow ES6+ standards.
• Deliver WCAG 2.0 / 508 accessibility-compliant front-end applications.
• Optimize performance with best practices and optimization techniques.
• Use Jira and Confluence for project management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in React.js.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Experience writing unit test cases with 100% code coverage using Jest (TDD).
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, IE11, etc.).
• Familiarity with version control using Git/Bitbucket/Azure DevOps.
• Strong proficiency in React.js (latest version) and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and understanding of WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards (a plus).
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Micro Frontends and understanding of GraphQL or REST APIs.
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal & written).

Nice to Have

• Experience in Azure and .NET.
