Senior Technical Consultant - Salesforce Field Service (Remote)

We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant - Salesforce Field Service to join our remote team at CBQA Solutions. As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will leverage your Salesforce expertise to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs. What You'll Do

• Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand their business operations and technical challenges.
• Design comprehensive, scalable solutions across the core Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Experience Clouds) and industry clouds.
• Serve as a lead architect and subject matter expert for Salesforce Field Service implementations, addressing complex dispatching, scheduling, optimization, and mobile requirements.
• Directly build or technically support the build of complex Salesforce solutions across Field Service and other platform clouds, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Partner with Project Managers to define project scope, estimate effort, and build technical roadmaps.
• Mentor junior consultants, developers, and administrators, providing clear documentation and technical specifications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of extensive experience designing and building solutions on the core Salesforce platform.
• Deep, hands-on experience implementing, architecting, and building Salesforce Field Service with an active Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification.
• Proven track record in a client-facing, senior consultant or architect role managing full-lifecycle implementations.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools (like ChatGPT, Copilot, or Einstein) to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or other Salesforce Industry Clouds.
• Hands-on experience designing and building with OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
• Previous experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and complex integrations.
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications are highly desired.
