Senior Machine Learning Engineer - iGaming Solutions

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team at BrainRocket. This is a unique opportunity to work in the iGaming industry, where you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our AI capabilities. This position is based in Warsaw, Poland, and while remote or hybrid arrangements are not available, we offer relocation support for the right candidates.

What You'll Do

• Develop, train, and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models tailored for gaming and CRM applications.
• Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines to ensure clean, reliable, and scalable datasets.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of AI to transition prototypes into production-ready solutions.
• Contribute to the setup of infrastructure, including MLOps practices, and implement CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing applications.
• Document and communicate results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in machine learning, data engineering, or applied AI roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Solid experience with data engineering tools like SQL, Spark, Airflow, or equivalents.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proven expertise in deploying ML models in production environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with MLOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, or Weights & Biases.
• Familiarity with transformers and large language models (LLMs), particularly within the Hugging Face ecosystem.
• Exposure to various data types, including structured (tabular) and unstructured (text, images).
• Previous experience in the iGaming industry.
