Senior QA Automation Engineer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our team on a full-time contract basis. This Senior QA Automation Engineer remote position is a 6-month project with potential for extension, where you will play a key role in ensuring software quality by combining deep automation expertise with a solid foundation in manual testing.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full bug life cycle and provide production release confirmation.
• Design query-based test suites and manage formal QA sign-offs for deployments.
• Participate in weekly QA syncs with the QA Manager and conduct peer test case reviews.
• Work closely with developers to ensure clear documentation and smooth delivery.
• Prepare QA sprint reports and deployment test plans to keep stakeholders informed.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a Senior QA role, focusing on building and maintaining robust automation frameworks.
• Strong hands-on experience in developing automated web tests using Selenium WebDriver within the .NET ecosystem (C#).
• Comfortable with manual testing, including designing Master Test Plans and executing E2E, functional, exploratory, and regression tests.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to articulate technical issues and quality risks.
• Ability to conduct load and performance tests using Blazemeter.
• Proficiency in API and database testing, plus the ability to write scripts for test data creation.
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal) is a strict requirement.
