Senior Social Media Manager - Remote Role for Australian Brands

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Social Media Manager remote to join our team at Hunt St, where we connect top talent in the Philippines with Australian businesses. This role allows you to work flexibly while aligning with Australian business hours.

What You'll Do

• Plan, create, and publish social media content approximately 3 times per week per brand.
• Edit and repurpose existing content into engaging posts across various platforms.
• Design graphics that align with each brand's identity.
• Perform hashtag research and optimize content reach.
• Manage full community engagement, including responding to comments and handling direct messages.
• Create and edit video content using provided materials.
• Ensure all content is authentic, high-quality, and non-generic.
• Collaborate with clients to align content with brand voice and strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably at a Senior level.
• Strong portfolio showcasing content creation, graphic design, and social media campaigns.
• Demonstrated experience working with Australian or American brands.
• Strong video editing skills for short-form content and promotional edits.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on authentic, human-centered content.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
• Experience in community management and customer interaction.

Nice to Have

• Experience handling multi-brand accounts simultaneously.
• Background in eCommerce, apparel printing, or beauty industries.
• Familiarity with paid ads engagement and comment moderation.
• Strategic input on content direction and growth.
