What You'll Do

• Plan and execute comprehensive customer marketing strategies, both in-store and online, to increase brand awareness, trial, and loyalty with shoppers.
• Work closely with the Grenade brand team to ensure trade-facing customer marketing plans align with overall brand messaging.
• Execute marketing strategies with excellence for each specific retailer.
• Collaborate with external media agencies and act as the front-line marketing contact for key customers to develop joint marketing plans that enhance in-store visibility.
• Manage relationships with external agencies to create compelling marketing collateral, POS materials, and sales tools that support retail activation.
• Collaborate with category, product, and brand marketing teams to create impactful sell-in stories and customer presentations to support NPD launches.
• Identify shopper insights, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform customer marketing strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, sales data, and market trends to evaluate ROI and identify areas for optimization.
• Responsible for managing the customer marketing budget for your specific area, ensuring activities deliver a return on investment.

Requirements

• Experience in FMCG customer marketing is essential.
• Demonstrated collaborative working practices with both internal and external partners.
• Experience across varied retail channels is desirable.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and retail environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data effectively; proficiency in Excel is often required.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external partners.
• Meticulous attention to detail in managing campaign elements, data, and budgets.
