About the Role

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring that our solutions are tailored to meet the needs of travelers.
• Analyze the online travel ecosystem, market trends, and user requirements to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, and UX, to develop innovative travel solutions.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize product features and performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Engage with senior leadership to align product strategy with business goals and drive organizational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong analytical background.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in developing and launching successful products in the travel or technology sectors.
• Hands-on mentality with a passion for driving change and innovation.

Nice to Have

• MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with data tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience working in an agile environment, particularly with SCRUM teams.
