Senior Product Manager - Remote Opportunity

What You'll Do

• Lead one of our product teams to help achieve our vision of providing unique and entertaining betting experiences to our customers around the world.
• Define a strategy and product roadmap to create the best experience based on deep customer insights.
• Create buy-ins for the strategic vision and product roadmap, both internally with senior leadership and with partners.
• Develop innovative business, product, and customer experience concepts required to achieve the strategic vision.
• Partner with the payments partnerships team to achieve the vision and target performance and cost optimizations.
• Manage the overall product and feature roadmap and backlog, prioritizing features and trade-offs among customer experience, product performance, and operational support load.
• Write detailed product requirement documents and ensure clear communication exists with the business, design, and development teams.
• Establish and own key product goals, identifying and defining metrics to show impact.
• Communicate with management and senior executives about program and product direction, strategy, and operational execution.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Product Management designing and delivering world-class consumer products.
• Demonstrated experience in conceptualizing, developing, launching, and scaling new consumer products in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong bias for action, ability to juggle multiple competing priorities, and create a sense of urgency in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously in driving projects to completion.
• Keen analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
• Familiarity with Identity Verification products (KYC, AML) is a plus.
