Mulesoft Support Engineer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Mulesoft Support Engineer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and support of our existing Mulesoft integrations and platforms. You will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design, with a strong emphasis on post-deployment support and incident resolution.

What You'll Do

• Provide support for Mulesoft integrations and platforms, ensuring they operate smoothly.
• Interface with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
• Work on creating high-level design artifacts for integration projects.
• Manage tasks across multiple time zones and collaborate with global teams.
• Utilize your expertise in MuleSoft, Data Weave, and Anypoint Platform to resolve issues effectively.
• Lead the coordination of API via MuleSoft Anypoint releases.
• Automate and orchestrate processes within cloud environments.
• Document solutions and support processes for future reference.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a support-focused role for integration platforms, specifically MuleSoft.
• Strong understanding of APIs and Microservices.
• Experience with cloud services and lifecycle management automation tools.
• Active MuleSoft Developer Certification is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively with global teams.
• Experience with MuleSoft Connectors and Accelerators is a must.
• Experience in CICD processes is essential.

Nice to Have

• Experience with MuleSoft EDI.
• Experience with Salesforce connector.
• Experience with the S4HANA connector.
