What You'll Do

• Assist with the execution of HR programs, procedures, and policies.
• Process employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
• Ensure the accuracy and completion of HR documentation and paperwork.
• Support post-offer processes, including I-9 verification using E-Verify.
• Assist with background checks, drug screenings, and compliance programs.
• Monitor new hire classes during training sessions and proctor exams.
• Prepare reports, track data, and maintain HR records.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR processes.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience supporting HR programs and employee processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
