As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our payment solutions are reliable, efficient, and user-friendly.

What You'll Do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our payments ecosystem, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Drive high-velocity execution with a world-class team, making informed decisions based on data and customer insights.
• Prototype rapidly using modern tools like Claude and Cursor to accelerate product development and deliver production-ready solutions.
• Stay updated on AI research and industry trends to creatively apply insights to enhance our payment products.
• Lead with a servant-leadership approach, fostering creativity and collaboration within your team.

Requirements

• Strong customer empathy and design thinking, with a passion for understanding the business traveler's journey.
• Experience in making data-driven product decisions and evaluating product trade-offs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence small teams of engineers and designers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency with modern prototyping tools and design environments like Figma and Git.
