Senior Manager, Global Compensation - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Whirlpool Corporation is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Compensation to join our team. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of compensation programs that attract and retain top talent.

What You'll Do

• Lead the evaluation, design, and rollout of global broad-based compensation programs, including base pay and short-term incentives.
• Consult with HR and business leaders on executive compensation adjustments and assist in the design of equity and incentive programs.
• Maintain the global job architecture to ensure consistency in titling conventions and role leveling.
• Oversee the annual compensation planning process, including merit cycles and market pricing.
• Manage complex global compensation projects to improve the employee experience.
• Provide strategic advisory on complex compensation matters to HR business partners and senior leadership.
• Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure Whirlpool maintains a competitive position in the marketplace.
• Create scalable global compensation metrics and dashboards to monitor program effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in compensation management.
• Proven experience as a subject matter expert influencing senior business leaders.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and business acumen.
• General familiarity with executive compensation programs.
• Master’s degree (MBA or HR-related) preferred.
• CCP, CECP, or SPHR certifications are a plus.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
