Senior Business Systems Analyst - Cybersecurity Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst - Cybersecurity to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal for enhancing our Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform and ensuring robust cybersecurity measures. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will engage in complex data analysis and stakeholder management, contributing significantly to our 2025 KPIs.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive data analysis and requirements gathering to support IAM platform adoption.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and document processes effectively.
• Identify gaps in access control coverage and strengthen security measures across platforms.
• Drive the successful adoption of our IAM platform by collaborating with business units and platform owners.
• Develop scalable processes for onboarding enterprise platforms to AccessHub.
• Utilize your technical skills to perform gap analysis and provide tactical solutions.
• Engage in onboarding activities, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
• Leverage tools such as SailPoint, AWS IAM, and Azure AD to enhance cybersecurity measures.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a systems or business analyst in a cybersecurity context.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management and heavy analysis.
• Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, PowerBI, and data visualization techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with RBAC and ABAC concepts.
• Experience in access lifecycle management.
• Excellent oral and verbal communication skills.
