About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team at Manychat, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing community management features within our leading Chat Marketing platform. As a Senior Product Designer remote, you will help creators connect with their audiences more effectively, transforming data into engaging user experiences. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Product Managers to understand user problems through data and customer insights.
- Quickly explore solutions using sketches and prototypes, validating ideas through user testing.
- Drive alignment with Product and Engineering teams on project scope and trade-offs.
- Transform validated ideas into clear, shippable UX and UI solutions, ensuring high-quality design documentation.
- Connect design choices to product goals and metrics, presenting outcomes effectively.
- Own the design process from discovery through to execution, ensuring a high standard of craft.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of interaction design principles.
- Experience validating design solutions through user research and testing.
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive ownership mindset.
- Experience designing for creator tools or community products is a plus.

- Experience with CRM products or workflows.
