Senior Motion Designer - Remote Opportunity at AI Startup

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Motion Designer to join our innovative team at DualEntry. This is a remote position where you'll be at the forefront of creating impactful motion graphics and animations that drive our marketing and product initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Own motion projects from design to delivery, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Produce marketing videos, motion graphics, and product animations end-to-end.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ideate and execute creative concepts.
• Define and evolve the DualEntry motion style, bringing your unique vision to life.
• Work autonomously while pushing for excellence and raising the bar in design quality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of motion design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Deep knowledge of After Effects; 3D experience is desirable.
• Prior experience with Figma and Lottie/Rive, or willingness to learn.
• Comfortable wearing the hats of both designer and creative director.
• A hardcore work ethic and high agency to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a startup environment, particularly in AI or fintech.
• Ability to turn loose briefs into polished work.
• Familiarity with UI design principles.
