What You’ll Do

  • Conduct outreach and initiate conversations with prospective partners or clients to expand our network.
  • Support campus-based partnership development and community engagement initiatives.
  • Track weekly pipeline metrics from leads to qualified meetings and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the core team on messaging, outreach strategy, and follow-up workflows.
  • Represent the company professionally as a campus point-of-contact.
  • Explore our comprehensive directory of visa sponsorship jobs from employers worldwide.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate student (Junior/Senior preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with outreach; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Able to commit 15–20 hours per week for 12 weeks.
  • Interest in business development, growth, startups, sales, or marketing.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in student organizations, marketing, content creation, or outreach.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Handshake, or CRM tools.
  • Basic spreadsheet/data tracking skills.
