About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Power BI Analytics Developer remote to join our Data Insights & Innovation team at Arbitration Forums. As a Power BI Analytics Developer remote, you will gain hands-on experience in building impactful reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI, enabling users to make critical data-driven decisions.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the development of Power BI reports and dashboards to replace existing reports and dashboards in WebFOCUS.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of reports.
• Develop clear, compelling, and user-friendly visualizations that tell a story and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Document data sources, report logic, and development processes to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and business stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Basic experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or a similar data visualization tool.
• Understanding of database concepts and data modeling.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
