What You'll Do

• Develop performance-driven creative concepts for paid social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Write compelling scripts for short-form ads, including UGC-style, influencer-style, testimonial, and problem-solution formats.
• Identify and research influencer/UGC trends and adapt them for paid acquisition strategies.
• Continuously test and optimize creative strategies to enhance conversion performance.
• Collaborate with creators and influencers to ensure alignment with brand messaging.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in performance advertising, focusing on paid social campaigns.
• Experience in script writing for short-form ads.
• Understanding of influencer or UGC marketing.
• Strong grasp of conversion-focused storytelling techniques.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads ecosystem.
• Data-driven mindset with comfort in reviewing performance metrics and iterating creatives.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the AI or EdTech industry.
• Knowledge of gamified learning and mission-based experiences.
• Creative portfolio showcasing previous work in performance marketing.
