About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our innovative team at Discovered MENA. This Senior Machine Learning Engineer remote position involves leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning systems and pipelines. You'll play a pivotal role in advancing our AI initiatives while enjoying relocation support to Muscat, Oman.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and development of production-ready machine learning models.
  • Optimize performance using GPU acceleration techniques, including CUDA and TensorRT.
  • Implement best practices across the full machine learning lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI solutions at scale.
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer remote or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow and Kubeflow.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
  • Proven track record of building scalable ML systems.

  • Experience with high-performance computing.
  • Knowledge of data-driven solutions in complex environments.
  • Previous experience in mentoring and leading teams.
